Firefighter 1s will now reach top pay in 36 months.

We will now hire Firefighter Candidates (Fire 1&2 with emt basic or paramedic without fire)
These candidates will be on a 40 hour work week and sent to school. They will be paid $77,956 as a student and will not work on shift during school.
Upon completion they will transition to Firefighter 1.
We also increased staffing to 158.  
We need to hire 14 firefighters immediately.  
The wages below also come with a 2.8 MERS pension with 5% employee compensation.
Firefighter Candidates also get full benefits.
There will be an additional increase of 7% pay over the next 2 years.
